Job Responsibilities

  • Work with produce an publisher to define operation strategy
  • Design the operation system and events
  • Work with engineers to build up necessary tool and pipeline
  • Work closely with publisher to improve event design and setup proper schedule to hit KPI target
  • Monitor and analyze KPI data and work with team to keep improving game quality
  • Make regular report of operation status

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience in game design; at least 2 mobile projects’ operation experience, with successful design case
  • Worked through all the mobile game operation phases, from preparation to launch, multi-platform operation, localization etc.
  • Data-oriented, can quickly define priority and improve KPI in short timeline
  • Deep understanding of mobile games’ difference on both the Chinese and Western market
  • Good English communication skill will be a big plus

什么样的人合适这个职位?

  • 专科或以上学历
  • 三年以上游戏策划经验,至少2个手游项目上线运营经验,有成功策划案例
  • 具备完整手机游戏运营经验,从前期准备、正式运营到多平台,多语言版本等等
  • 以数据为导向,能够基于数据区分需求优先级,并且快速提升数据表现
  • 了解中国和西方市场的运营各自的差异和侧重
  • 有良好的英文听说读写能力的优先考虑
